Basic (yet the best) Onigiri

INGREDIENTS
2 cups rice

1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon shiro-dashi

PREPARATION
1. Rinse the rice. Let the rice sit in the water. (For 30 minutes in summer, 1 hour in
winter.)
2. Put the rice (1) and water (for 2 cups of rice) into a rice cooker pot. Add all of the
ingredients A. Start the cooker.
3. Make rice balls with the steamed rice (2).
4. Enjoy!
