Orange Pork

INGREDIENTS
400g pork belly (cut into 2cm pieces)
200g orange juice
2 teaspoons soy sauce

PREPARATION
1. Cook the pork in a pan until nicely golden. With paper towels, remove excess oil from the pan. Add the orange juice and simmer with a lid until reduced by half.
2. Add soy sauce.
3. Enjoy!
