Beef Hor Fun Singapore recipe with a smokey, rich gravy:
Ingredients here
500g Beef flank slices
1 tbsp Light soy sauce
1 Egg white
Sugar to taste
1 tsp Baking soda
2 tbsp Shaoxing wine
2 tbsp Cornstarch solution
300g Hor fun
1 tbsp Light soy sauce
1 tbsp Dark soy sauce
150g Bean sprouts
150g Choy sum

Gravy for Hor fun:
3 cloves of garlic (minced)
25g Black bean
2 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 tbsp Light soy sauce
1 tbsp Dark soy sauce
2 tsp Fish sauce
600ml Chicken stock
3 tbsp Shaoxing wine
2 tbsp Cornstarch solution
1 Egg (beaten)
