Beef & Pepper Stir Fry with Noodle Soup
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
2 green peppers
1 red pepper
100g bamboo shoots (boiled)
150g beef thin slices
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

A
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon sake
1 teaspoon grated garlic
1 tablespoon potato starch

B
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sake
1 teaspoon sugar

2 packs ramen (soy sauce soup)

PREPARATION
1. Shred the green peppers, the red pepper, and the bamboo shoots.
2. Cut the beef into smaller pieces. Mix all of the ingredients A in a bowl and marinate the beef in it.
3. Put the vegetable oil in a pan and heat on high heat. Add (1) and stir fry.
4. Remove the vegetables (1) from the pan (3). Add the beef into the pan and cook until done on medium heat.
5. Add the vegetable back to the pan (4). Stir fry together.
6. Put (5) on the ramen.
7. Enjoy!
