Beer BBQ Pork
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
400g pork shoulder
1/4 onion (sliced)
1 clove garlic (minced)
350ml beer
Salt and pepper, as needed
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon olive oil

PREPARATION
1. Cut the pork to 3 or 4 equal parts. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Put the olive oil into a pan and heat on medium. Cook the pork (1) until golden on
all sides. Remove the pork. Add the onion and the garlic and cook until soften.
3. Put the pork back to the pan. Add the beer. Stew on low heat with a lid on for 1
hour. Add some soy sauce.
4. Enjoy!
