Ingredient:
• 4 pieces of Hilsa Fish
• 2 tablespoons of Mustard Oil
• 3 TSBSP of Khus Khus/Poppy seeds
• 1 TBSP of Black Mustard seeds Paste
• 4-5 Green Chillies
• 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
• 1 TSP sugar
• Salt to taste

Process

1. In a Pan Add 4 pieces of Fish
2. Add Poppy seeds/Posto dana and mustard paste 1 Cup ( 75% poppy seeds and 25% Mustard Seeds )
3. Add Turmeric powder 1 TSP
4. Add Salt to taste
5. Add Mustard Oil 2 TBSP
6. Add chopped green chilies and 2 slit green chilies.
7. Marinate it for 15mints
8. After 15 mints Add 1 Cup water and stir it nicely
9. Add 1 TSP sugar
10. Cover the lid for and cook for 20 mints
11. Once the steam has escaped, open the lid
12.
