Birds Nest Toast with Cabbage
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
1 slice white bread
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 cabbage leaves (shredded)
1 slice ham
1egg
Mayonnaise, as needed
Black pepper, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Season the cabbage with salt. Rest for 10 minutes. Squeeze out the liquid.
2. Place the ham and the cabbage (1) on a bread. Put the egg in the center.
3. Add some mayonnaise on top. Bake in the toaster oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
4. Enjoy!
