Ingredient:
• Bokful/Agasti flower
• 1 cup Besan/gramflour
• ½ Cup rice flour
• Salt to taste
• chopped coriander
• chilli flakes
• ¼ TSP turmeric powder
• Roasted cumin and coriander powder
• 1 TSP red chilli powder
• 1 TSP oregano
• 1TSP fried garlic
• ¼ Nigella/kalonji
• Baking soda
• Oil for deep fry
Process:
Step 1:
• Firstly, gently remove filament from each flower
Step - 2
• Prepare a besan /gram flour and rice flour batter
• Add Salt to taste
• Add 2 TBSP Suji
• Add salt to taste
• Add chopped coriander
• Add chilli flakes
• Add ¼ TSP turmeric powder
• Add roasted cumin and coriander powder
• Add 1 TSP red chilli powder
• Add 1 TSP oregano
• Mix it nicely
• Add 1 TSP fried garlic
• Add ½ Nigella/kalonji
• Add baking soda
• Heat the oil for deep fry
• Dip the bokful/Agasti flower into batter
• Gently drop them into the hot oil
• Deep fry bokful/Agasti flower until golden brown
