Ingredients:
• Bread – 4 pics
• 1 TBSP oil
• 1 dry red chilli
• 1 TSP mustard seeds
• ½ TSP turmeric powder
• Mashed potato
• Salt to taste
• 1 TSP red chilli powder
• 1 TSP cumin powder
• curry leaves
• Boiled green peas
• 2-3 Chillies
• Fresh coriander
• Mint leaves
• Ginger
• Radish leaves
• ½ Lemon juice
• Butter
• 1 TBSP garlic and red chilli paste
• Capsicum
• Beet root
• Onion
• Chaat masala
• Cheese

Process:

Step – 1

• Add 1 TBSP oil
• Add 1 dry red chilli
• Add 1 TSP mustard seeds
• Add ½ TSP turmeric powder
• Add boiled mashed potato
• Mix it nicely
• Add salt to taste
• Add 1 TSP red chilli powder
• Add 1 TSP cumin powder
• Add 1 TSP coriander powder
• Mix it nicely
• Add curry leaves
• Add boiled green peas
• Add chopped green chilli
• Mix it nicely and keep it aside

Step 2:

• Fresh coriander
• Add mint leaves
• Add ginger
• Add chilli
• Add few radish leaves
• Salt to taste
• ½ Lemon juice
• Prepare a smooth paste

Step 2

• Spread butter evenly on the bread
• Spread coriander chutney
• Spread garlic and red chilli paste
• Spread potato masala
• Add capsicum
• Add beet root
• Add salt
• Add onion
• Add chaat masala
• Add cheese
• Cover with the stuffed sliced to another slice
• Place the sandwich in toaster
• Spread some butter both side
• Toast the sandwich both side
• Serve hot with sev
