Bread Crust HEART Rusks
Servings: 12 pcs

INGREDIENTS
12 bread crust strings
30g butter
1/2 tablespoon granulated sugar

PREPARATION
1. Put the butter in a heat-proof bowl and cover with a food wrap. Microwave for 30 seconds at 600W.
2. Spread the melted butter (1) on each bread crust string. Roll the string to form a heart shape and close the end with a wooden stick. Make 12 hearts.
3. Place all the hearts on a heat-proof plate lined with a parchment paper. Sprinkle them with granulated sugar.
4. Microwave for 30 seconds at 600W (no food wraps). Repeat twice until bread crust hearts are completely dry. Remove wooden sticks. Dip them in the chocolate sauce if you like.
5. Enjoy!
