Broccoli Tikki Recipe (w/o onion/garlic) | Broccoli & Paneer Tikki | Scroll Recipe
Ingredients:
• Oil 1 ½ TBSP
• 1 TSP cumin seeds
• ½ cup grated potato
• 2 cup grated broccoli
• ½ cup grated paneer
• salt to taste
• 1 TSP Roasted cumin and coriander powder
• 2 TSP red chilli powder
• Broccoli 250gm & rice flour
Process
Step 1:
• In a pan add oil and heat the oil
• Add 1 TSP cumin seeds
• Add ½ cup grated potato
• Add 2 cup grated broccoli
• Add ½ cup grated paneer
• Add salt to taste
• Add roasted cumin and coriander powder
• Add 2 TSP red chilli powder
• Keep it aside
Note: Do not overcook for better color
Step 2:
• Add 1/2 tbsp rice flour
• Take a small portion of broccoli mix
• Give a tikki shape
Step 3:
• In a pan add oil
• Add Tikki
• Shallow fry
• Serve hot with sauce
