Buffalo Chicken Shots
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
For Chicken:
- Chicken fillets 3
- Egg 1
- Corn Flour 3 tbsp.
- Salt 1 tsp.
- Black Pepper 1 tsp.
- Cooking Oil
For Sauce:
- Oil 3 Tbsp
- Spring Onion Whites ½ cup
- Fennel Seeds 1/2 tbsp.
- Garlic Paste 1 tbsp.
- Salt 1 tsp.
- Black Pepper ½ tsp.
- Chili Flakes 1 tsp.
- Knorr Tomato Ketchup ¾ cup
- Knorr Chili Garlic Sauce ½ cup
- Soya Sauce 2 tbsp.
- Vinegar 1 tbsp.
- Spring Onion Green ¾ cup
- Sesame seeds ½ tsp.

Directions:
- Cut chicken in cubes of 2 inches. Add them in a bowl.
- Add egg, corn flour, salt and pepper and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
- Take a pan add cooking oil for frying and fry the marinated chicken shots. Once it is done take it out in a plate and keep it aside.
- To prepare sauce in a pan heat oil, add fennel seeds and saute, add spring onion whites, garlic, salt, black pepper and chili flakes. Sauté it till the mixture becomes translucent.
- Add Knorr Tomato Ketchup , Knorr chili garlic sauce, vinegar, soya sauce and sauté. If sauce becomes thick, add little bit water. Now add chicken shots in the sauce and spring onion mix well and dish out in a bowl.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve.

Ajza:
For Chicken:

- Corn Flour 3 tbsp.
- Namak 1 tsp.
- Kali Mirch 1 tsp.
- Cooking Oil hasbe zarorat
For Sauce:
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Hari Pyaz ka safaid hissa ½ cup chopped
- Saunf ½ tbsp.
- Lehsan ka paste 1 tbsp.
- Namak 1 tsp.
- Kali mirch ½ tsp.
- Kutti hui lal mirch 1 tsp.
- Knorr Tomato Ketchup ¾ cup
- Knorr Chili garlic sauce ½ cup
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp.
- Sirka 1 tbsp.
- Hari Pyaz ¾ cup chopped
- Til ½ tsp.

Bananay ka tareeka:
- Chicken ko 2 inch cubes main kaat len. Aik pyalay me chicken lain, us main anda, corn flour, namak or kali mirch shamil kar ke achi tarah kr lain. Chicken ko 30 minute marinate honay k liye chorh dain.
- Phr aik frying pan me cooking oil le k marinated chicken ko deep fry kr lain.
- Fry karne ke baad ek bowl main nikal ke rakhden.
Sauce:
- Sauce k liye aik pan me 3 tbsp oil garam karen aur saunf daal ke fry karen. is main hari pyaz ka safaid hissa, lehsan ka paste, namak, kali mirch or kutti hui lal mirch dal k kuch dair fry kijiyehalka color change hone tak.
- Phr us me Knorr tomato ketchup, knorr chili garlic sauce, sirka, soya sauce add kar ke mix karen. agar sauce thick hojaye tu thora sa pani shamil kar sakte hain.
- Ab sauce main fry ki huee chicken shamil karke mix karen. Ab hara pyaz shamil Karke mix karain aur phir serving bowl main nikal len. til se garnish karen aur serve karen.
