Buttercream frosting ingredients
2 cups of icing sugar or confectioner's sugar, sifted
170g Unsalted butter, at room temperature or 200g
1 to 3 tablespoons of heavy cream or whole milk
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
2 drops of any food color, optional.
