Cabbage Hot Pot with Pork Wrapped Enoki
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
1/4 cabbage
1 pack Enoki mushrooms
300g pork belly slices

A
500ml water
1 and 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sake
1 tablespoon mirin
2 teaspoons chicken stock powder
1 teaspoon grated garlic

PREPARATION
1. Shred the cabbage.
2. Cut off the bottom of the enoki.
3. Wrap the enoki with the pork belly slice.
4. Put the cabbage (1) in a pot and place the enoki pork wraps (3) on top. Mix all of the ingredients A and pour into the pot. Cook until done.
5. Enjoy!
