Cabbage Meat Balls
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS

A
250g ground pork
250g seasonal cabbage (chopped)
5 tablespoons potato starch
1 tablespoon miso
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons chicken stock powder

green peas, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Mix all of the ingredients A in a bowl.
2. Form (1) into balls and place them on a heat-proof pate. Put a green pea on top of each ball. Cover loosely with a food wrap. Microwave for 9 minutes at 600W.
3. Enjoy!
