Cabbage Tofu Okonomiyaki
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
400g tofu (silken)
A
100g flour
1 egg
2 teaspoons dashi powder

200g cabbage (shredded)
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
Okonomiyaki sauce, as needed
Mayonnaise, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Smash the tofu in a bowl. Add all of the ingredients A into the bowl and mix well.
2. Add the cabbage into the bowl (1).
3. Pour (2) into a lightly oiled pan. Cook on medium heat until both sides are golden.
4. Serve with Okonomiyaki sauce and mayonnaise.
5. Enjoy!
