Cafe au Lait with Coffee Jelly

INGREDIENTS
120ml coffee (lightly sweetened)
3g gelatin powder
Milk, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Put gelatin powder and 2 tablespoons of coffee in a heat-proof container. Microwave for 20 seconds at 600W. Pour the rest of the coffee into the container and stir well.
2. Pour (1) into a sphere ice mold. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours until set.
3. Put (2), milk, and coffee in a glass.
4. Enjoy!
