Dr. Pooja Chobe - Carrot and Spinach AppamCARROT AND SPINACH APPAMIngredients1½ medium carrots, grated1¾ medium bunches spinach, finely chopped200 grams semolina (suji) ½ teaspoon sugar1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste2 tablespoons yogurt½ cup coarsely ground sprouted moong½ cup coarsely ground corn kernels1-2 green chillies, finely chopped1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh coriander leaves 1 teaspoon fruit saltOil for cooking Method1. Combine semolina, sugar, salt, ginger-garlic paste, yogurt, moong, corn, green chillies, chopped coriander, spinach and carrot in a bowl and mix well.2. Add some water and mix well and set aside for 1 hour. 3. Add fruit salt and mix well. 4. Heat some oil in an appam mould. Spoon the prepared mixture into the moulds and cook till evenly golden from both sides. 5.
