Traditional Pork Jerky with charcoal bbq (bak kwa in Hokkien dialet) . Full of flavour and I can proudly say it is comparable to the one you buy outside. It is a bit savoury but more of a sweet flavour pork jerky. It is so tender. Kids and grown up will love it VERY MUCH. My friends and colleague were amazed by its flavour. So, it is a MUST TRY!

Ingredients:
2tbsp soy sauce
1kg meat + fat (fat: meat = 3:7)
3/4 tbsp red yeast powder
1tbsp oyster sauce
1.5 tbsp rice wine
2tbsp fish sauce
210g sugar
1/4tsp white pepper
1/4tsp five spice powder

肉干,传统碳烤猪肉干, 风味十足, 可以让我很骄傲的说“可以和外头媲美” 的肉干。今年不用出去买了,可以省些钱了,呵呵呵。。完全不柴,软软,甜甜的肉干,大人小孩都会爱上它。 这个食谱做出来,我自己真的有惊讶到。

材料方面有:
2大匙生抽
1公斤肉 (肥瘦比例3:7)
3/4大匙红曲粉
1大匙耗油
1.5大匙米酒
2大匙鱼露
210克砂糖
1/4茶匙白胡椒粉
1/4茶匙五香粉
