Famous in Kerala India #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/35ZDxPhChatti PathiriServes 4-5Recipe in English:Ingredients:-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs-Curry patta (Curry leaves) 10-12-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 2 medium -Chicken boiled & shredded 1 & Cup-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 & tsp or to taste -Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) tsp-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) tsp-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp-Hari mirch (Green chillies) chopped 1 tbs-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs -Anday (Eggs) 4-5 -Doodh (Milk) Cup-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) tsp-Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste-Cooking oil 1 tbs -Roll/Samosa patti/Roll sheet 12 or as required-Anday (Eggs) boiled & sliced 2-Cooking oil 1 tsp -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped Directions:-In a wok,add cooking oil,garlic & mix well.-Add curry leaves,onion & saut until translucent.-Add chicken,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,black pepper powder,salt,cumin powder,green chillies,mix well & cook for a minute.-Add fresh coriander,mix well & set aside.-In a deep tray,add eggs,milk,black pepper powder,salt & whisk well.-Grease 8.5 inch frying pan with cooking oil.-Now dip two roll/samosa patti (6.5 x 9 inch) into egg mixture & place it in the frying pan one by one (+ shape).-Add & spread prepared chicken filling.-Dip the next roll/ samosa patti into the whisked eggs and lay on the top and again add chicken masala filling.-Now place egg slices over it.-Keep repeating the process till the last roll/samosa patti is layered on the top and fold the edges & set (repeat 4 layers).-Poke holes with wooden skewers & pour the remaining eggs on the top.-Let it set for 2-3 minutes.-Heat griddle,place frying pan,cover & cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes then lower the flame & cook for 25-30 minutes.-Scraps the sides through rubber spatula,carefully flip chatti pathiri on to a flat plate & set aside. -Now remove the griddle,in frying pan,add cooking oil,place chatti pathiri back into the frying pan and cook other side on low flame for 4-5 minutes.-Take out on a serving plate and sprinkle fresh coriander.-Cut into pieces & serve!Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs-Curry patta (Curry leaves) 10-12-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 2 medium -Chicken boiled & shredded 1 & Cup-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 & tsp or to taste -Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) tsp-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) tsp-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp-Hari mirch (Green chillies) chopped 1 tbs-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs -Anday (Eggs) 4-5 -Doodh (Milk) Cup-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) tsp-Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste-Cooking oil 1 tbs -Roll/Samosa patti/Roll sheet 12 or as required-Anday (Eggs) boiled & sliced 2-Cooking oil 1 tsp -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped Directions:-Karahi mein cooking oil aur lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Curry patta aur pyaz dal dein aur translucent hunay tak saut ker lein.-Chicken,lal mirch powder,haldi powder,dhania powder,kali mirch powder,namak,zeera powder aur hari mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.-Hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.-Deep tray mein anday,doodh,kali mirch powder aur namak dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.-8.5 inch frying pan ko cooking oil sa grease karien.-Two roll/samosa patti (6.5 x 9 inch) ko pheetay hoye anday mein dip karein aur tray per rakh dein (+ shape).-Tayyar chicken masala filling dal ker pheela lein.-Roll/samosa patti ko anday ka mixture mein dip karein aur layers laga ker chicken filling dal dein.-Anday ka slices ko rakh dein.-Is he tarhan baqi roll/samosa patti ki layers laga lein aur edges ko fold ker ka set ker lein (repeat 4 layers).-Wooden skewers ki madad sa poke ker lein aur remaining anday ko top per dal dein.-2-3 minutes kliya set hunay dein.-Tawa garam karein aur frying pan rakh dein,tez ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein phir chulha halki karein aur 25-30 minutes kliya paka lein.-Rubber spatula ki madad sa sides ko scrap karein aur flat plate per carefully flip ker lein & side per rakh dein.-Ab tawa ko remove ker lein,frying pan mein cooking oil dal ker chatti pathiri ki dosri side ko frying pan mein dal dein aur halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.-Serving plate mein nikal ker upper sa hara dhania chirak dein.-Pieces mein cut ker ka serve karein!
