Cheese Naan Without Yeast and Egg recipe for a quick hunger solution. #FoodFusion #HappyCookingToYou Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/3yHcUJpCheese NaanRecipe in English:Ingredients:-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 & Cups-Atta (Wheat flour) Cup-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 & tsp-Baking powder 1 & tsp-Baking soda 1 tsp-Dahi (Yogurt) Cup-Lukewarm water 1 Cup or as required-Cooking oil 1 tbs-Cream cheese 2 tbs or as required -Cheddar cheese grated as required-Mozzarella cheese grated as required-Makhan (Butter) melted 2 tbs -Doodh (Milk) 1 tbs-Dried oregano-Makhan (Butter) melted-Tamatar (Tomato) slice-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) choppedDirections:-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,wheat flour,salt,caster sugar,baking powder,baking soda & mix well.-Add yogurt and mix well until it crumbles.-Gradually add lukewarm water & knead until dough is formed. -Add cooking oil & knead again for 2-3 minutes,cover & let it proof for 1 & hours (warm place).-Sprinkle dry flour & knead dough again until smooth.-Take a small dough (85g),make a ball,sprinkle dry flour & roll out with the help of rolling pin & set aside.-Take another dough of same weight,sprinkle dry flour & roll out with the help of rolling pin.-On rolled dough,add & spread cream cheese,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese & press gently.-Apply water on the edges with the help of brush,place another rolled dough over it & seal the edges with the help of fork (makes 4).-On baking tray and place stuffed naan.-In melted butter,add milk and mix well.-Apply on top of stuffed naan with the help of brush & sprinkle dried oregano.-Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 10 minutes.-Take out from the oven,apply melted butter,place tomato slice and sprinkle fresh coriander.-Cut into slices & serve!Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 & Cups-Atta (Wheat flour) Cup-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 & tsp-Baking powder 1 & tsp-Baking soda 1 tsp-Dahi (Yogurt) Cup-Lukewarm water 1 Cup or as required-Cooking oil 1 tbs-Cream cheese 2 tbs or as required -Cheddar cheese grated as required-Mozzarella cheese grated as required-Makhan (Butter) melted 2 tbs -Doodh (Milk) 1 tbs-Dried oregano-Makhan (Butter) melted-Tamatar (Tomato) slice-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) choppedDirections:-Bowl mein maida,atta,namak,bareek cheeni,baking powder aur baking soda dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Dahi dal dein aur crumble hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Thora thora ker ka neem garam pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.-Cooking oil dal dein aur 2-3 minutes kliya dubara ghond lein,dhak dein aur 1 & hour kliya garam jagha per rakh dein.-Maida chirak dein aur dough ko smooth hunay tak dubara ghond lein.-Chota dough (85g) lein aur ball bana lein,maida chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein & side per rakh dein.-Ek aur dough us he weight ka lein,maida chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.-Rolled dough per cream cheese dal ker pheela lein,cheddar cheese aur mozzarella cheese dal ker gently press ker lein.-Edges per brush ki madad sa pani laga lein,rolled dough rakh dein aur edges ko fork ki madad sa seal ker lein (makes 4).-Baking tray per stuffed naan rakh dein.-Melted makhan mein doodh dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.-Stuffed naan ka upper brush ki madad sa laga lein aur dried oregano chirak dein.-Preheated oven mein 180C per 10 minutes kliya bake ker lein.-Oven sa nikal lein aur melted makhan laga lein,tamatar ka slice rakh ker hara dhania chirak dein.-Slices mein cut ker ka serve karein!
