Chicken Cutlet
Ingredients
1 chicken breast
1 cheese slice
1/4 onion
salt
olive oil
flour
1 egg (beaten)
panko
Worcestershire sauce

Directions
1. Thinly slice the onion, add salt, then olive oil, and mix.
2. Cut slits into the chicken and open the flaps so it is an even thickness, add cheese and 1 and roll it up, then season with salt & pepper.
3. Coat with egg flour egg panko, then fry slowly in oil (not listed) heated to 160.
4. Serve with Worcestershire sauce.
