Cheesy Kadai Chicken Recipe || Scroll Recipe || 06/09

Ingredient:
• Chicken 500 gm
• Lemon Juice 1
• 3 TBSP Curd
• 3 TSP red Chilli powder
• 1 ½ TSP Turmeric
• Salt to Taste
• coriander Leaves
• Oil, Butter, Ghee
• 1 Cup Onion paste
• 1 TSP Garlic Paste
• Bay leaves
• Cinnamon
• Star Anise
• Cloves
• Cardamom
• Black pepper
• Tomato 1
• 1 cup of grated Cheese
• 2 TSP Mayonnaise
• Green Chillies 3
Process:

• Marinate Chicken with Lemon Juice, 2 TBSP Curd, 2 TSP Red Chilli powder, 1 TSP Turmeric, Salt and Coriander Leaves
• Heat the pan and Add oil 2 TBSP and 1 TBSP butter, 2 TBSP Ghee
• Add 1 Cup Onion paste
• Add 1 TSP Garlic Paste
• AddChopped Green Chillies
• Add 1 TSP Red Chilli Powder
• Add Salt to taste
• Stirring till color changed
• In Separate Pan add oil 2 TBSP
• Add Bay leaves, Cinnamon, Star Anise, Cloves ,Cardamom ,Black pepper
• Cook for a minute until they become fragrant
• Add marinated chicken
• Sauté it for 5 mints
• Add Butter 2 TSP
• Add Tomato 1
• Add Fried Onion paste
• Prepare whisked curd with turmeric
• Add 2 Cups water
• Cover with the Pan for 10-15 mints and Uncover Pan
• Add 1 cup of grated Cheese
• Add 2 TSP Mayonnaise and mix it nicely
• Add Green Chillies
• Add Butter 1 TBSP
• Add 1 TSP Garam Masala
• Add sprinkle of Red Chili powder
• Cook till liquid has reduced and chicken is tender
• Stirring occasionally.
• Add coriander leaves
