Cherry Blossom Cheesecake

INGREDIENTS
A
100g cherry blossom an (cherry blossom flavored white anko paste)
100g yogurt (plain)
B
200g cream cheese (at room temperature)
50g granulated sugar
100ml heavy cream
1 egg (beaten)
10g cherry blossom powder

PREPARATION
1. Mix cherry blossom an and yogurt in a bowl.
2. Mix cream cheese with granulated sugar in a bowl until smooth. Add (1) into the
bowl. (Two separate times. Each time you add, mix well.) Add the heavy cream, he
beaten egg, and cherry blossom powder into the bowl. (Each time you add new
ingredient, mix well.)
3. Pour the mixture (2) into a cake pan lined with a parchment paper. Place the pan
in a baking tray. Add hot water into the tray to cover 1/3 of the pan. Bake in the oven
(preheated to 160C/ 320F) for 40 minutes. Bring down the heat to 140C/ 284F
and bake for 15 more minutes. Let cool.
4. Rest the cake in the refrigerator for a night. Serve with your favorite toppings.
