150 grams (1 cup) chapati (atta) flour
150 grams (1¼ cups) all-purpose flour, plus more for rolling out dough
1 tablespoon sunflower oil, plus more for finishing dough and toasting
1 teaspoon table or fine sea salt
1 teaspoon carom seeds (ajwain)
150 milliliters (2/3 cups) water
100 grams (7 tablespoons) salted butter, melted
5 garlic cloves, grated
