Chewy Cheese Tofu
Servings: 1

INGREDIENTS
150g tofu (silken)
2 tablespoons potato starch
Cheese slices, as needed
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon mirin

PREPARATION
1. Drain the tofu. Mash the tofu in a bowl. Add the potato starch and mix well.
2. Spoon (1) on a lightly oiled pan. Place cheese slices on them. Spoon the rest of (1) to cover the cheese. Cook on medium heat until both sides are golden.
3. Add soy sauce and mirin into the pan and simmer.
4. Enjoy!
