Chicken Cheese Sticks
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
1 chicken breast
4 bacon slices (half size)
3 cheese slices (cut into halves)

Salt, as needed
Pepper, as needed
Potato starch, as needed
1 egg (beaten)
Panko bread crumbs, as needed
Vegetable oil, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Cut the chicken to open. With the back of the knife, hit the chicken to tenderize.
Season with salt and pepper.
2. Place the bacon and cheese slices on the chicken (1).
3. Dust the chicken (2) with potato starch, dip in the egg, and coat with panko bread
crumbs.
4. Heat the vegetable oil (2cm depth) in a pan on medium. Fry the chicken (3) until
golden.
5. Enjoy!
