Crispy Chicken Saut
Ingredients
2 chicken fillets
1/2 package Shimeji mushrooms
1/2 package Maitak mushrooms
1/2 package Enoki mushrooms
1 teaspoon garlic
1 tablespoon Japanese sake
10 g butter
1/2 tablespoon curry powder
Salt & pepper

Directions
1.Cut the chicken fillet in a bite size.
2.Cut off the bottom part of Shimeji mushrooms, and separate into pieces.
3.Separate the Enoki mushrooms & Maitak mushrooms into pieces.
4.Pan-fry the chicken fillet thoroughly in an oiled frying pan over the low heat. Remove the cooked chicken fillets from the frying pan.
5.Pour cooking oil in the same frying pan, fry 2 & 3, and add the butter.
6.Return 4 in the frying pan, add the Japanese sake & the garlic, and combine.
7.Add the curry powder, and salt & pepper to taste.
