This Indo chinese style chicken fried rice is a classic - tastes great with just about anything. CHICKEN FRIED RICEIngredients200 grams boneless chicken, boiled and shredded3 cups cooked rice2 tablespoons oil1 tablespoon chopped garlic2 spring onions, chopped2 eggsSalt to tasteWhite pepper powder to taste2 teaspoons light soy sauce½ tablespoon vinegarChicken Manchurian gravy for servingKimchi for servingMethod1. Heat oil in a non-stick wok. Add garlic and sauté till golden brown. Add ¾th of spring onions and sauté for 1 minute.2. Break in eggs one by one, mix and cook for 1 minute. Add chicken, mix and cook for 1 minute.3. Reduce heat, add rice and mix. Add white pepper powder, soy sauce, salt and vinegar, mix well and cook on low heat for 2 minutes.4.
