Chicken mince mixed with a lot of spices spread into equal portions on satay sticks to make these delicious kababs.CHICKEN SEEKH KABABIngredients2 cups chicken mince1 medium onion, finely choppedΒΌ cup chopped fresh coriander leaves1-2 green chillies, finely chopped1 tablespoon chopped garlic1 inch ginger, finely chopped1 tablespoon lemon juiceSalt to taste1 teaspoon green cardamom powder1 teaspoon garam masala powder1-2 tablespoons oilButter for brushingChaat masala for sprinklingMethod1. Combine chicken, onion, chopped coriander, green chillies, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, salt and cardamom powder in a bowl and mix. Add garam masala powder and mix well.2. Dampen your palms with water, divide the mixture into equal portions and spread it around 2 soaked satay sticks leaving the ends open and place them onto a plate.3. Heat oil on a non-stick tawa. Place prepared kababs and cook for 8-10 minutes or till golden from all sides. Transfer on a plate.4. Discard the satay sticks from the kababs and diagonally slice. Brush some butter on top and sprinkle some chaat masala.5.
