Chicken Skin Rolls Stuffed with Plum and Shiso Cheese
1 serving

INGREDIENTS
4 pieces chicken skin
4 shiso leaves
20g umeboshi (plum paste, pitted and finely chopped)
2 slices cheese, halved
1 teaspoon salad oil

PREPARATION
1. Place a slice of cheese, a shiso leaf, and a portion of chopped umeboshi on each piece of chicken skin, then roll them up.
2. Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the rolled chicken skin in the pan with the seam side down.
3. Cook until golden brown on all sides.
4. Once fully cooked, remove from the pan and serve.
5. Enjoy!
