Chicken Spring Rolls
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
3 chicken tender strips
1 tablespoon sake
6 rice paper wrappers
6 perilla leaves
60g shredded cheese
1 tablespoon sesame oil

PREPARATION
1. Slice open the chicken tenders. Rub sake onto the chicken.
2. Wet the rice paper wrapper and place on the wood board. Place the perilla leaf, the chicken (1), and shredded cheese on the wrapper. Fold and roll the wrapper. Make 6 of them.
3. Heat the sesame oil on medium in a pan. Place the spring rolls (2). Cook until crispy and golden. Serve wit soy sauce.
4. Enjoy!
