Chicken Stew Recipe | Healthy Chicken Stew | Scroll Recipe
Ingredients :
• 500 gm Chicken
• chopped ginger
• Crushed white pepper
• Salt to taste
• 1 potato
• 1 carrot
• 3-4 beans
• 1 Cup cauliflower
• 5-6baby onion
• 1 TBSP maida
• 1½ cup milk
• 1 TSP oil and 2 TBSP butter
• 1 grated onion
• 2 Garlic


Process :

Step 1
• Add water in a pan
• Boil the water
• Add chopped ginger
• Add 500 gm chicken
• Add crushed white pepper
• Add salt to taste
• Cover with a lid and cook till chicken 90% boiled
• Keep the boiled chicken aside


Step 2 :

• Add water in a pan
• Boil the water
• Add potato
• Add Carrot
• Add salt to taste
• Cover with a lid till 80% boiled
• Add beans
• Add cauliflower
• Add baby onion
• Cover with a lid till all vegetables will completely boiled
• Keep it separately

Step 3:
• Add 1 TBSP maida and ½ cup milk
• Prepare a batter

Step 3 :

• Add 1 TSP oil and 2 TBSP butter in a pan
• Add grated onion
• Add 1 TSP ginger, garlic paste
• Fry it
• Add chicken and vegetable stock
• Add boiled chicken
• Add boiled vegetables
• Add 2 Garlic
• Add white pepper
• Cover with a lid for 10 mints
• Add Maida and Milk Batter
• Add 1 cup of milk
• Let it come to a boil to thicken the stew
• Serve hot
