200g Minced pork
1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
2 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 tbsp Light soy sauce
1 tbsp Sesame oil
tsp White pepper powder

1 Knife-cut noodles
Blanched bok choy
Stir-fried minced pork
2 tbsp Lao gan ma
Fried anchovies
1 Egg yolk
Spring onion
