Chili Oil Soba with Pork
Servings: 1

INGREDIENTS
1 bunch soba noodle
1/3 bunch Chinese chives
1/4 leek
1/2 clove garlic
100g pork belly
1 teaspoon sesame oil

A
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon chicken stock powder
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon chili oil
1 egg yolk

PREPARATION
1. Cook the soba according to the packet instructions. Chill in the cold water and drain.
2. Chop the Chinese chives, the leek, and the garlic. Cut the pork into 1cm slices and season with salt and pepper.
3. Put the sesame oil in a pan and heat on low. Cook the chopped garlic (2) until fragrant. Remove the garlic from the pan. Cook the pork slices (2) until done.
4. Spoon a teaspoon of the oil in a pan (3) to a bowl. Add all of the ingredients A to the bowl and mix well. Add the soba into the ball and mix with the sauce. Put the chopped chives, the leeks, the pork slices, and garlic on the noodle. Place the egg yolk on top and add chili oil.
5. Enjoy!
