Chinese Cabbage Shumai
Ingredients
2 Chinese cabbage leaves
100g ground pork
1/8 onion
1+1/2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp grated ginger
cooked corn kernels

Directions
1. Chop the onion into small pieces.
2. In a bowl, combine the pork, 1, soy sauce, sesame oil and ginger.
3. Wrap the Chinese cabbage leaves with plastic wrap and microwave (600W) for 2 minutes.
4. Cut 3 into long strips, add 2, and roll it up, then place on a microwave-safe dish.
5. Top with corn, cover with plastic wrap, then microwave for 5 minutes.
