Chole Kulche Recipe || Kulcha || Matar Kulcha || Scroll Recipe=========================================================Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCmBpbwXCc8tJLWvD3oN6fyQFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/scrollrecipeInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/scrollrecipeReddit: https://www.reddit.com/user/scrollrecipeWebsite: https://scrollrecipe.com/=========================================================Ingredients:• Chickpeas/Chole: 1 Cup• Cardamom: 5-6• Cinnamon sticks: 1• Cloves• Salt: to taste• Onion: 3/4 cup, grated or pureed • Tomato : 1 Cup• Ginger-• Garlic paste: 2 teaspoon• Cumin powder: 1 teaspoon• Red chili powder: 1 TSP• Ghee : 1 TBSP• Ginger: 1 inch, cut into julienne• Dried fenugreek leaves [kasuri methi]: 1/2 tbsp, crushed• Coriander leaves: 2 TBSP, choppedProcess:• In a pressure cooker add the soaked and drained chickpeas• Add 1 onion• Add 1 Tomato• Add 1 TSP Garlic• Add Turmeric 1 TSP• cardamom, cinnamon stick, and some salt• Ginger: 1 inch, • Add Cinnamon sticks: 1• Add cloves • Add Garlic Paste 1 TSP• Add salt to taste• Add Chopped Coriander (not leaves )• Pressure cook at high flame till you get 3-4 whistles. • Remove the cinnamon stick etc. from the chickpeas• Slightly Mash • In a wok, heat 2 tsp of oil• Add 1 TSP cumin seeds• Add Whole Red Chilli• Add Onion paste 2 TBSP• Add 1 TSP Garlic Paste• Add 1 TSP Red chilli Powder• Add 1 TSP Cumin powder• Add Salt Taste• Fry the onions till the raw smell goes away and they are light golden brown in color.• Add Boiled Chickpeas/Chole• Mix it Nicely • Add roasted cumin and coriander powder• Add Kasuri Methi• cook till liquid has reduced • Add 1 TBSP Fresh cream• Add Ghee 1 TSP• Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.• Serve with Kulcha-------------------------------#cholekulche#matarkulche#matarkulcha #scrollrecipeDISCLAIMER: My channel (Scroll Recipe) or promoters of this channel are not responsible for the outcome of any recipe you try from the videos published, or any website linked to from this channel.
