Here's where you can find in Singapore the authentic food commonly seen in the streets of Si Chuan. Established by two like-minded friends in 2010, Mr Huang and Mr He offer their hometown food, including Vermicelli with Pig Intestine (), Si Chuan Cold Noodle () and Mala beancurd (). Contrary to sweet beancurd, the Mala beancurd is topped with soy sauce, chilli, coriander, and peanuts.
