Cut the atsuage and the pork into 3cm pieces.2. Cut the shiitake and the spring onions into 1cm pieces.3. Cook the pork in a pan on high heat. Turn off the heat and move the pork to the side. Cook the chili bean sauce with vegetable oil on low. Add the ginger, the atsuage, and the shiitake into the pan.4. Add all of the ingredients A into the pan. Simmer for 2 minutes on medium heat.5.
