Cabbage and Meat Stir Fry
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
200g (1/4) seasonal cabbage
120g ground pork
2 eggs
Vegetable oil, as needed
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon grated garlic
1/4 teaspoon grated ginger
Salt, as needed
Pepper, as needed
A
1 tablespoon water
Salt, as needed

5 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon chicken stock powder
1 tablespoon sake
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon potato starch
Sugar, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Tear the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
2. Mix all of the ingredients B in a bowl.
3. Beat the eggs with A (water and salt) in a bowl. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan on medium heat. Add the eggs until the edges are set. Remove the eggs to a plate.
4. Add the sesame oil into the pan. Stir fry the ground pork with grated garlic and ginger. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Add the cabbage (1). When the cabbage is soften, add (2) and put the egg (3) back to the pan.
6. Enjoy!
