Chicken and Sweet Potatoes with Butter Sauce
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
1 sweet potato (200g)
250g chicken thigh
Salt, as needed
Pepper, as needed
Potato starch, as needed
Vegetable oil, as needed
Toasted sesame seeds, as needed
Black pepper, as needed

Sauce
A
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon soy sauce
10g butter
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon potato starch

PREPARATION
1. Cut the potato into 1 to 2 cm slices. Put them in the water.
2. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Dust them with potato starch.
3. Rinse the potatoes (1). Put them in a heat-proof bowl and add 4 tablespoons of water. Cover the bowl loosely with food wrap. Microwave for 4 to 5 minutes at 600W.
4. Put some vegetable oil in a pan. Cook the chicken (2) until done. Add the potatoes (3) into the pan and cook until both sides are golden. Put the chicken and potatoes into a plate.
5. Clean the pan (4) with paper towels and let it cool. Add all of the ingredients A into the pan and cook until thicken. Pour the sauce over (4). Add some sesame seeds and black pepper on top.
6. Enjoy!
