Creamed Chinese Cabbage with Pork
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
300g Chinese cabbage
100g pork belly slices
Salt, as needed
Pepper, as needed
Grated garlic, as needed
2 tablespoons flour
300ml milk
1/2 tablespoon consomm powder
5g butter
Black pepper, as needed
Focaccia, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Cut the Chinese cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Cut the pork into 3-4cm slices.
2. Season the pork (1) with salt, pepper, and grated garlic. Stir fry the pork with butter in a pan on medium heat. When the pork is done, add the Chinese cabbage (1) and cook until soften.
3. Add flour into the pan. Add milk and consomm powder. Simmer for 4 to 5 minutes on low.
4. When thickened, add some salt and black pepper. Serve with focaccia.
5. Enjoy!
