Chop the chikuwa and perilla leaves.2. Knead the ground pork with salt in a bowl. Add the curry powder, soy sauce, and (1). Mix well.3. Wet around the dumpling wrapper, put (2) on the center, fold in half to close. Make 16 dumplings.4. Put 8 of the dumplings into the oil (165C/ 329F) in a pot. Cook for about 2 minutes and remove them. Put the rest of the dumplings and cook them as well.5. Mix the ketchup with hot sauce. Serve the dumplings with the sauce.6.
