Deep Fried Curry Dumplings
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
40g chikuwa (fish cake)
5 perilla leaves
80g gourd pork
1/5 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
16 dumpling wrappers
Ketchup, as needed
Hot sauce, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Chop the chikuwa and perilla leaves.
2. Knead the ground pork with salt in a bowl. Add the curry powder, soy sauce, and (1). Mix well.
3. Wet around the dumpling wrapper, put (2) on the center, fold in half to close. Make 16 dumplings.
4. Put 8 of the dumplings into the oil (165C/ 329F) in a pot. Cook for about 2 minutes and remove them. Put the rest of the dumplings and cook them as well.
5. Mix the ketchup with hot sauce. Serve the dumplings with the sauce.
6. Enjoy!
