Cut and open the aburaage.2. Cut the Chinese chives into 3cm pieces. Rub with salt and squeeze the liquid out.3. Knead the pork with (2), the onions, the gingers, and all of the ingredients A. Divide them into 4 equal parts and stuff into the aburaage (1). 4. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan (to cover 1cm of the pan). Cook (2) on medium heat until both sides are golden.5. Drain the oil.
