Cut the daikon into slices (2.5cm) and peel. Make a cut on both sides of each slice. Mix all of the ingredient A in a bowl and add daikon slices.2. Cover the bowl (1) loosely with a food wrap. Microwave for 8 minutes at 600W. Flip daikon slices and microwave for another 8 minutes.3. Shred perilla laves. Mix the ground pork and potato starch in a bowl. Add all of the ingredients B and mix well.4. Insert a wooden stick to make sure all daikon slices are cooked. 5. Cover the bowl (3) with a food wrap. Microwave for 2 minutes and a half at 600W.6.
