Hamburg Steak with Red and Yellow Peppers
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
200g ground pork and beef
A
2/3 teaspoon salt
1/2 beaten egg
1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
B
10g panko bread crumbs
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
50ml white wine
70g shredded cheese
Paprika powder, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Remove the stem and the core from the red/ yellow peppers. Cut the peppers into 4 rings and dice the rest.
2. Knead the meat with salt in a bowl. Add all of the ingredient A, diced peppers (1), and mixed B to the bowl.
3. Place pepper rings (1) on a food wrap. Put the meat (2) in each ring.
4. Put the olive oil in a pan and heat on medium. Cook both sides of (3) for 2minutes. Add white wine and cook with a lid on for 4 minutes.
5. Put the shredded cheese on pepper rings and cook with the lid on until cheese is melted. Place them on a plate and dust them with paprika powder.
6. Enjoy!
