Pork and Bean Sprouts Stir-Fry
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
1 clove garlic
250g pork slices
1 pack (200g) bean sprouts
1 half boiled egg
Chopped scallions, as needed
3 teaspoons vegetable oil
2 teaspoons potato starch
1 teaspoon butter
A
1 and 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon sake
1 teaspoon vinegar
Salt, as needed
Pepper, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Slice the garlic. Cut the pork into 4cm pieces and dust with potato starch.
2. Mix all of the ingredients A in a bowl.
3. Cook the garlic slices (1) with 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil on low until golden. Remove the garlic slices from the pan and keep them on the side.
4. Cook the bean sprouts on medium. Season with salt. Put them on a plate.
5. Add the rest of the vegetable oil into the pan. Cook the pork on medium. Add (2) and butter.
6. Put the pork (5) on the bean sprouts (4). Put the garlic slices (3), the egg, and chopped scallions on top.
7. Enjoy!
