Cut the Atsuage into 3cm x 1.5cm pieces. Cut the leek into 5mm slices. Break apart the Maitake mushrooms into smaller pieces.2. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan. Cook the ground pork on medium heat. Add chopped garlic and Maitake mushrooms and stir fry.3. Add all of the ingredient A and Atsuage (1) into the pan. Simmer on medium heat for 2 minutes.4. Put the leek slices (1).
