Coriander Sabudana Pakora Recipe | Crispy Sabudana Pakoda | Scroll Recipe
Ingredient:
• Sabudana 1 Cup
• 1 ½ Grated Boiled potatoes
• Chopped Chilies
• ¼ cup chopped onion.
• Coriander Leaves
• 2 TBSP Besan batter
• black salt to taste
• 1 TSP Garlic powder
• ¼ TSP baking soda
• 1 TSP red chilli powder
• 1 TSP roasted coriander and cumin powder

Process:
• Soak 1Cup Sabudana in water 3-4 hours
• Take a big bowl and add Sabudana
• Add grated boiled potatoes.
• Add Chopped Chilies
• Add ¼ cup chopped onion.
• Add Coriander Leaves
• Add 2 TBSP Besan batter
• Add black salt to taste
• Add garlic powder
• Add ¼ TSP baking soda
• Add 1 TSP red chilli powder
• Mix it nicely
• Add salt to taste
• Add 1 TSP roasted coriander and cumin powder.
• Mix it nicely
• Roll the mixture into small ball and give tikki shape.
• Add oil and Ghee in a pan for deep fry
• Deep fry till they turn crispy and brown in color
