Cream Cheese Mochi
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
2 rice paper wrappers
2 tablespoons potato starch
A
100g cream cheese
100g greek yogurt
2 tablespoons sugar
Cocoa cookies, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Mix all of the ingredients A in a bowl. Add crushed cookies into the bowl and stir.
2. Dip the rice paper wrapper in water and lay on a cutting board.
3. With a brush, dust potato starch on the wrapper.
4. Lay the wrapper on a cup (potato starch side down).
5. Put (1) on the wrapper and fold in to close.
6. Enjoy!
